Miami Beach gearing up to host its first Climate Action Summit this Spring. Miami Beach is rolling out the red carpet for one week next March for the Aspen Institute's "Climate Action Conference" where scientific experts, educators and college students will come together to discuss solutions for rising seas and increasing temperatures. The Institute's CEO Dan Porterfield says Miami Beach is the perfect place to host because it is currently dealing with the effects of climate change. He calls the climate emergency is the greatest challenge of our world.
