Palm Beach County has issued a new timeline for reopening businesses.
It begins immediately, with restaurants no longer under curfew of closing at a specific time.
Capacity restrictions remain in place, though Governor Ron DeSantis indicated this week that he could change that on his own.
Beginning Monday, auditoriums, bingo parlors, comedy clubs, concert houses and playhouses will be able to reopen, with restrictions.
Adult entertainment venues and strip clubs will be allowed to resume entertainment activities with restrictions.
Bars can open for the first time since March, on October 5th. Those will be at 50 percent capacity.
Stand alone bars had previously been on Step 5 of the county's Phase 2, which had no date, but would've likely not happened before November.
The opening of nightclubs will require authorization of the governor and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Meanwhile, Palm Beach County Mayor Dave Kerner will meet with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Secretary Halsey Beshears on Friday.
