TAMPA -- A four year old boy with cancer will stay with his maternal grandparents, following a judge's ruling.
Noah McAdams has been living with them ever since his parents fled to Kentucky in late April to avoid court-ordered treatment.
The ruling says that Joshua McAdams and Taylor Bland-Ball will have a chance to regain custody by obeying requirements of the ruling and working with child protection services.
