North West Is A Mood In Her Self-Directed 'Old Town Road' Music Video

Move over Steven Spielberg and Ava Duvernay, North West is coming for the number one director spot with her self-directed, self-starring, and self-choreographed music video.

On Tuesday (May 14), Kim Kardashian graced the world with the music video of all music videos that featured her five-year-old daughter dancing and singing to Lil Nas X's "Old Town Road."

"What we do on maternity leave.... Directed and Choreographed by North 🤠," the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who welcomed her fourth child via surrogate last week, captioned the post.

The minute-long video, filmed inside the Kardashian-West's home, starts off with Kim walking out playing the guitar to the song's beat. "That is not how you do it," North repeatedly tells her mom, who turns around to seemingly try it again. The screen then cuts to an edited image of an old western-inspired sign that reads "Old Town Road," on the first line; "Lil Nas X feat. Billy Ray Cyrus," on the second line; and in big bold letters, "North West" on the third line.

Taking a page out of her dad Kanye West's book, little North is then shown getting down to #1 song in the country in a Woody (from Toy Story)-inspired ensemble, complete with cowhide chaps, a red hat, and country style jacket. #ALEWK

After giving a fully choreographed performance to the song's chorus, and showing her mama how it's done, North shows off her guitar skills, a few more of her freestyle dance moves, and in true cowgirl fashion, she even tips her hat a couple of times.
