'Jersey Shore' Star JWoww Files Restraining Order Against Ex Roger Mathews

Update: Snooki has shared a clip from the pair's surveillance cameras in their house on Instagram, which hears Farley admit that she wants Roger to see his children. "Her character is being tarnished and I’m here to show what’s really going down. She wants nothing but for the kids to have their dad. Unfortunately, she was being taunted and baited & this was the result," Snooki captioned the clip. Meanwhile, Roger also told TMZ that he recorded Jenni on his phone, as per the guidance from his attorney.

Jenni "JWoww" Farley are at odds after the Jersey Shore star filed a restraining order against her husband Roger Mathews after the two got into a heated fight on Thursday night (December 13).

Head over to Mathews' Instagram and you'll see all the evidence of the blowout, which carried into the early morning hours on Friday and started because of Farley's work schedule. Mathews' testimonial is a long one that rivals Kanye West's recent social media tirade, but the star explained that Farley started "hysterically shouting" at him in front of their daughter and threatened to call the police. He was scared that she'd make up a story, so he called them himself and went to bed without speaking to Farley. At 2 AM, he was woken up by authorities, who returned to their home and informed him that Farley filed a restraining order against him overnight. Police escorted him from the premises even though he was not placed under arrest.

"This is the level my ex-wife takes it to after telling my kids their dad is a piece of sh*t and she’s sorry she ever had children with him," he captioned his first video on Instagram. "She gets so emotional and irrational in her anger this is the level she brings it too. Saddest day of my life watching her tell my daughter 'she is sorry she had children with your daddy.' The truth will come out. The truth will set you free. I will never stop fighting for my kids."

Mathews also accused Farley of being money hungry and claimed she was in talks with MTV to discuss her divorce on the upcoming season of Jersey Shore for $70,000. "She's made my children pawns in this – literally made them pawns, something I would never do to her, ever," he continued. "I have no choice but to just be honest and open. I got nothing to lose, I got nothing to hide. You're gonna see about our divorce on Jersey Shore, you know why? Because my wife told me – my ex-wife told me – when we were in counseling that she's negotiating a side-deal. I think she said she wanted $70,000...to talk about our divorce on the upcoming season. Everything is about money with her. All I want is time with my children, that's all I want."

Farley has since responded with her own side of the story, debunking his claims that are "entirely false, misleading and intentionally designed to cast Jenni in a negative light." "She is proud to be a hardworking parent who provides for her children," the statement read. "While we have chosen no to comment further, we will note that a judge immediately ruled in Jenni's favor and issued a temporary order of protection last night. Please respect Jenni's decision for privacy in an effort to protect herself and her children during this time."

In late September, it was reported that the Jersey Shore reality star filed for divorce from Mathews after three years of marriage due to "irreconcilable differences."
